Important info/advice:
1 Do not leave any valuables or personal items visible in your car .
2- Theft from parked vehicles can happen quickly, even in busy areas.
3- Roundabouts (two or more lanes): In Spain, always move to the outer (right-hand) lane before taking your exit.Vehicles already in the outer lane usually have the right of way, as that is the correct lane to exit from. Please note that local drivers often do not use their indicators when changing lanes — stay alert and drive defensively.
4- Continuous yellow line: Parking and stopping are strictly prohibited.
5- Broken yellow line: You may stop briefly, but parking is not allowed. 6- Yellow cross-hatched area (grid markings): Stopping is forbidden. Vehicles left in these zones may be towed away by the authorities.
7- In Alicante and in most nearby cities, parking spaces are paid.You'll usually find parking meters or pay machines close by.
8- Always check local signs or ticket machines for the exact parking fees and time limits. Rules and tariffs may vary depending on the zone and time of day.
9- If you experience any issue with the car – for example, a warning light on the dashboard, a burnt-out bulb, or any unusual sound – please inform us as soon as possible.

CAR RENTAL INFORMATION
- Rental conditions: The vehicle can only be rented by a person with a valid driver's license who is at least 21 years old.
- Reservation: To confirm a car reservation, a fixed date is required. No booking fee! Payment is due on-site, either in cash or by card. Please notify us as soon as possible in case of cancellation!
- Rental period: The minimum rental period is 5 days. If the car is returned early, the full rental fee will be charged. Extensions are possible upon prior arrangement.
- Insurance: The vehicles are covered by Allianz fleet insurance, but it does not include Casco. The renter is responsible for the deductible in case of damage.
- Return policy: The car is provided with a full tank and clean. It must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, a refueling and/or cleaning fee will apply.
- Prohibited: Smoking in the vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol, refueling with incompatible fuel, transferring the car to a third party without permission.
Prices:
The prices depend on the season, the length of the booking, whether the car is for 5 or 7 people, and the pick-up point. A €100 deposit is required in case the car is returned without a full tank or clean. The cost will be deducted from this amount. Free booster seat is available upon request.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER:
The renter agrees to use the car solely according to the conditions specified in the contract. The lessor is not responsible for any accidents or other damages caused by the renter. The renter is required to comply with all traffic regulations. The lessor reserves the right to modify the rental conditions.
